1. How does the timer work?
If you set the timer, you will never worry about forgetting to turn off the candle, and you can come home to the ambiance of a candle which is already lit. Simply set the On/Off switch to "Timer" at the time you would like the candles to come on each day. So for example, if you want the candles to come on at 7pm each day, turn the On/Off button to Timer at 7pm on any given day. The timer will ensure that the candle stays lit for 5 hours and turns itself off for 19 hours. You will never have to turn the candle on or off again!

2. How does the below on/off work?
Turn on the switch,blow to the candle like blow a real candle flame, the LED Light will be on,blow to lumandle candle again,light will be off.just some types have this function ,according to customer's requirements.

3. How does the remmote control work?
Set candle switch to "on" or "Timer",The remote is now ready , press the "on","off" button of the remote controller .that's all you need do.

4. What kind of batteries do I use?
Read the words on candle bottom,where writes battery tips. 2 D batteries or 2 AA batteries. We suggest to use new batteries to ensure that our Lumandle candle functions properly. Do not mix old and new batteries,Do not mix Alkaline ,Carbon-Zinc,NiMh or Ni-Cd batteries.

5.What should I do if the flame stops moving but the light is on?
The flame may just be stuck. Gently tap the flame to get it moving again. The plastic flame slides back and forth on a thin metal wire.

6. Does Lumandle candles has independent technology patents and CE&FCC certificates?
